New monthly webinar series by the Society for Neuroscience (SFN)
The American Society for Neuroscience launches a new monthly webinar series starting in May 2021:
“SfN Journals: In Conversation”
that take place the 4th Tuesday of each month from noon – 1pm ET / 9am – 10am PT / 4pm – 5pm GMT.
Registration is complimentary and exclusive for SfN members.
Join SfN Journal authors and editors as they discuss recent original research published in JNeurosci and eNeuro.
JNeurosci and eNeuro publish rigorous, timely research that spans the breadth of the field, and serve as venues to discuss and debate science. This series offers a more direct opportunity for discussion around papers noted as significant during peer review. Attendees are invited to bring their own questions to engage in the conversation.
To start, this will be a monthly event through October 2021, and take place on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 12 – 1 pm ET). The first in the series will be on Tuesday, May 25 on the JNeurosci paper Interoception Primes Emotional Processing: Multimodal Evidence from Neurodegeneration. The Editor-in-Chief Marina Pcciotto will moderate the discussion with Drs. Paula Salamone and Agustín Ibañez, who are both delighted by the opportunity to talk about their work in this way.
