Grants for early career principal investigator at the Frick Foundation for ALS research
The Frick Foundation is looking for talented early-career scientists who have already produced excellent supervised work, and are in the early phase of their career as independent principal investigators.
Two researchers will receive 100,000 Swiss francs each that can be used over 2 years. Qualifications: up to 5 years of experience since completion of PhD, scientific track record showing great promise, and excellent research proposal. Research must be conducted in a public or private research organisation (known as a Host Institution/HI).

• Scientific abstract (not more than one page) • Introduction of the topic (not more than 2 pages)
• Specific goals of the project and detailed reseach plan (not more than 5 pages, references not included)
• Budget requested
• List of other support
• Curriculum vitae
• List of papers published by the applicant of an academic institute during the past 5 years
A scientific and financial report will be required at the end of two years.
Overheads and salary of the Principal Investigator are not included .
