Guidelines for preparing and presenting posters

Printing your poster: Poster size is A0, portrait orientation.

Your SSN poster number on Feb 7: In the Abstract Booklet index. A copy of the index will be available on the wall beside the meeting reception desk. The poster boards in the hall will be labelled with these numbers (i.e. A1 - E10).

Please note that your ySSN poster number on Feb 6 will be different (if applicable to you overall); we will try to put BOTH poster numbers on Feb 6 already so you know where to MOVE your poster for the SSN day on Feb 7.

The posterboards are wooden, we will provide pins.

Poster session on Feb 6: 12:15 - 14:15 (for all numbers)

Poster sessions on Feb 7:

- 12:00-13:00 Presentation of posters with even numbers
- 13:00-14:00 Presentation of posters with odd numbers

Make sure to be by your poster during the indicated hour; the poster prize committee comes visiting, too!

Please note: Posters not removed and taken @ 16:00 on Feb 7 will be given to a local daycare for creative upcycling.
