Description
The Swiss Society for Neuroscience (SSN) is thrilled to announce its 25th Annual Meeting, scheduled for February 6-7, 2025, at the University of Lausanne's Lake Campus. This event will bring together neuroscientists, researchers, and students to share cutting-edge research and foster collaborations.
Thursday, February 6 will be Early-Career Researcher Day fully organized by the ySSN with various talks, a poster session, and workshops and a lot of room for networking with junior colleagues from other Swiss neuroscience groups. For more information and registration: https://www.yssn.ch/
This first day will end with a visit of many past SSN presidents that have shaped the network’s activities for 25 years now, followed by a public evening lecture given by Jocelyne Bloch (CHUV Lausanne) and Grégoire Courtine (EPFL) on CNS repair.
The main SSN meeting on Friday, February 7 hosts several plenary lectures and parallel symposia, but also a lunch poster session with time to meet your colleagues and learn about latest advancements in Swiss neuroscience research and applications. In addition, Claudio Bassetti from Bern will introduce the Swiss Brain Health Plan as major neuroscience endeavor for the next years. During lunch please do not forget to join for the SSN Business Meeting introducing the next SSN president. The meeting will end with several awards valorizing the recent best publications in Swiss neuroscience as well as the best posters presented during the 25th anniversary meeting of the SSN.
Join us in Lausanne for this landmark event to explore the latest in neuroscience research and network with peers!
The event has been submitted for accreditation by the Swiss Association of Cantonal Veterinaries, the Swiss Neurological Society (SNS) and the Swiss Society of Clinical Neurophysiology (SSNC).
